Practical information: Swimwear is required throughout the event. Bring two towels—one to sit on in the sauna and one for showering and bathing. Each session lasts approximately 10–12 minutes. Photography and filming are not permitted during a session. If the heat becomes too intense, you are always allowed to leave the sauna, but re-entry to the same session is not possible.
